f. The Platform also features functionality allowing users to comment, like, follow other writers, and stay updated on Platform news and events. To access full participation features, including submitting contributions to stories, users must own and connect an 'Almost Famous Friends' NFT.
g. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. Additional terms or requirements may apply to certain services or features offered on the Platform and will be communicated to you in connection with those services.
2. User Agreement
Agreement to Terms
a. By accessing or using Almost Famous Writers, you confirm your agreement to be bound by these Terms. This agreement forms a legally binding contract between you and Almost Famous Writers. If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organization or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

e. Access to certain features and areas of the Platform requires ownership and connection of an 'Almost Famous Friends' NFT to your account. This NFT acts as a key to unlock these exclusive features and must be managed separately through your digital wallet.
Modification of Account Details
f. You have the right to modify or delete your account details at any time. However, changing certain account details may affect your access to some of the Platform's features.
Data Protection and Privacy
g. The information you provide upon registering an account and using Almost Famous Writers is governed by our Privacy Policy. We commit to protecting your personal data in accordance with applicable laws and our Privacy Policy.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
Ownership of Platform Content

User-Generated Content
b. Users of Almost Famous Writers may produce and upload content, including stories, comments, and other literary works ("User Content"). By creating and sharing User Content on our Platform, you grant Almost Famous Writers a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media.
c. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to publish User Content you submit; and you grant to Almost Famous Writers all rights to use such User Content as outlined above.
Copyright Complaints and Infringement Notices
d. We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide us with a written notice containing the following information: your name, address, telephone number, email address, a description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, and a description of the infringing activity.

7. 'Almost Famous Writer' NFT and Access
NFT as Access Requirement
a. Access to certain exclusive features and areas of Almost Famous Writers, including the ability to participate in collaborative and 'circle' stories, requires ownership of an 'Almost Famous Writer' Non-Fungible Token (NFT). This NFT functions as a membership pass and must be acquired and maintained to utilize these exclusive features.
Acquisition of NFT
b. The 'Almost Famous Writer' NFT can be purchased through designated NFT marketplaces, such as OpenSea. You are responsible for all transactions and agreements made on these external sites. Almost Famous Writers is not involved in the transaction process and assumes no responsibility for transactions made on external NFT marketplaces.
Connecting NFT to User Account
c. To access the exclusive features on Almost Famous Writers, you must connect your MetaMask wallet or other compatible digital wallet containing your 'Almost Famous Writer' NFT to your user account. This connection authenticates your ownership and grants access to NFT-exclusive features.
Responsibility and Risk
d. You are solely responsible for managing and safeguarding your NFT. Almost Famous Writers is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to your NFT. We recommend taking appropriate security measures to protect your digital assets.
Resale and Transfer of NFT
e. If you decide to sell or transfer your 'Almost Famous Friends' NFT, your access to NFT-exclusive features on Almost Famous Writers will be transferred to the new owner of the NFT. Upon transfer, you will lose access to these features unless you acquire another 'Almost Famous Friends' NFT.
No Refunds or Exchanges
f. All NFT purchases and transactions are final. Almost Famous Writers does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for NFTs purchased through external marketplaces.
Changes to NFT Utility
g. Almost Famous Writers reserves the right to modify, change, or discontinue any aspect of the NFT-related features or services at any time, with or without notice. This includes changes to the access rights or benefits associated with the 'Almost Famous Friends' NFT.
